School Outreach Manager

yPolitics is recruiting a School Outreach Manager to oversee the rollout and management of our national outreach programme.

The individual will work closely with our Director Jamie to ensure the programme is a success!

We expect the individual to take up the role for a minimum of 1 academic year.

We are looking to fill this role as soon as possible, and are interviewing on a rolling basis. We will fill the position once we have found the right candidate, so apply now if you are interested!

Role:

  1. Manage our university ambassadors who lead the sessions, this can include recruiting, onboarding, training ambassadors and more!
  2. Be the initial touchpoint for schools and managing that initial relationship before handing it over to the relevant student ambassador.
  3. Providing schools with our outreach resources if we can't physically reach them.
  4. Be a part of the senior leadership of yPolitics, contributing to the overall direction of the company
  5. This is a hands on role, with serious responsibilities. You have the opportunity to gain experience leading a national educational programme.

Eligibility:

  1. Current university student (in some instances we will accept recent grads)
  2. Strong communication skills are vital
  3. Passion for politics and education
  4. This role would suit someone who wants to make a real difference and be in a position of responsibility
